Smt Bhumana Sanghamitra
Assistant Director, RC Reddy IAS Study Circle, Hyderabad, founded 43 years ago. It is a premier coaching institute with a consistent record of producing top UPSC and Andhra Pradesh (APPSC) and Telangana (TSPSC) state service officers. The institute regularly produces numerous candidates in the final UPSC merit list, with 27+ successful candidates in 2024 alone. Notable recent successes include Ravula Jayasimha Reddy (AIR 46), Saichaitanya Jadhav (AIR 68), and Chakka Snehith (AIR 94) in 2024. The institute produced 100s of IAS, IFS, IPS rankers and thousands of state level rankers.

Shri Kurapati Ajay Kumar, IRS (Retd)
Dr. Asmath Baby Santha Rajyam
Former Principal Commissioner of Income Tax with over 3 decades of honest service in the Indian Revenue Service. An alumnus of AC and ALC, and JNU (M.A., M.Phil.), he began his career in banking before joining the IRS in 1985. He held several senior positions across India, including Commissioner and Principal Commissioner of Income Tax in multiple states, and was recognized for significantly enhancing revenue collections. Post-retirement, he served as a Member of the AP School E R M C (2019–2022) and has been the CEO of HEAL since 2016, contributing to the education and welfare of orphaned and destitute children.
She is a Retired Degree College Principal, S.K.V.T. Government Degree College, Rajahmundry. She was instrumental for the development of SKVT college in many areas even in bringing grants to college and guided so many children for their bright career. She is an educationalist and a philanthropist who is committed for the welfare of the children. She is a member HEAL Paradise (Thotapalli) education committee.
Shri Bethapudi Daniel Vijay Sandeep
He pursued M.Tech in Soil Mechanics and foundation engineering. Inspired by a few incidents happened in tribal areas, he committed to charity and welfare of the tribal children and tribal population. Initially he worked for World Vision organization for 5 years. Later he started Bethany Association for Social Empowerment (BASE) in 2007 in Rajahmundry to serve the tribal communities in and around Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Telangana state borders where there is more than 70% tribal population. He is the Managing Director of Canaan Constructions from 2013. He developed BASE charity with his own funds from Canaan constructions. He is acting as CEO for BASE looking after all activities of the organization.
Shri Gali Govinda Rao
He pursued Engineering in CIVIL. He is a working partner of M/s Gali Subba Raju Construction Company, Rajahmundry, which executes Civil and Mechanical works from last 45 years. The company does prestigious projects even for the government including Indian Railways, National Highway Authorities of India, APCRDA, Irrigation department, etc. He is a philanthropist doing charity through GSR foundation.

She did graduation. She is into beautician business. She is a philanthropist from her childhood. She is part of BASE since its inception from 2007. She is acting as a treasurer for the long term and has been involving in numerous works.
He is a Doctor - Anesthesiologist (MBBS, M.D.) graduated from Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada. His entire members are also doctors. He worked as a Superintendent in Government hospital, Jangareddygudem. Later he worked as a HoD, anesthesia department, Government hospital, Rajahmundry. Now he is working as a HoD, anesthesia department, Government hospital, Jangareddygudem. He is also taking care of Praja Vaidyasala (where 1 Rupee doctor is famous).
